We are looking for a local restaurant-caterer to prepare our ultra fresh, local produce for Saturdays’ Market at The Brickworks.
Joint booth available with The Greener Side, an organic ornamental-edible gardening company.
After our day job, we grow 2500 sq ft of healthy organic produce for fun, at our house, and our neighbours’. We grow too much, so this year we want to grow for and with a cutting edge restaurant/ caterer. The food for the market can be custom grown for you, harvested 6-7 am the morning of market, and is available throughout the week as well.
